EMR MD is practice software. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed clinicians. AI-generated drafts must be reviewed and signed by a clinician.

Add-on modules

Modules labelled “Add-on” are not included in the base subscription. Their fees are set out in your quote or order form.

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or submit patient information through its forms.
